The total cost of your purchase will be shown on your confirmation. All payments must be made through PayPal or a Canadian base Visa or MasterCard. We cannot accept gift card or prepaid credit card. When ordering, the purchase price will be locked in your credit card account. All orders will be considered valid only when Drone Action 360 approves it. Any price quote made by Drone Action 360 will be valid for the period stated on it. Drone Action 360 reserves the right to refuse any sale, and this, for all the reasons it deems valid (including a bad impression of the bid or its ads). The prices can be changed without notice. All prices listed on our site do not include shipping and handling, nor applicable taxes, which will be added at billing.The taxes of your province of residence will be applied for any purchase. All prices and other amounts appearing on our Web site are in Canadian dollars.

Drone Action 360 wants to protect its customers. Persons who have not attained the age of majority cannot make purchases online. If you want to make online purchases, please ask for assistance to a parent or duly appointed tutor to make the purchase with you.

The delivery price may vary by weight and volume of an item, refer to the delivery section of the shopping cart for exact shipping price.

The delivery address can’t differ from the billing address.

The customer must examine the product upon receipt. If an item is damaged or missing, take pictures of the damage. you must notify Drone Action 360 as soon as possible. Drone Action 360 will not accept any claim after a period of 10 (ten) days after delivery.

Your satisfaction is our priority

Read the terms and conditions to determine if your item can be exchanged or refunded. If an item does not fully meet your expectations and that it meets all the following conditions, you simply contact us by email support@droneaction360.ca  having read the following terms and conditions. Make sure you have your bill when calling.

Return of goods authorized (RMA)

No packages will be accepted without RMA number. For a number of authorization, please contact one of our specialists at 450-912-1485 or toll free at 1-844-519-4184. The item must be returned to us within 5 days of the issuance of the RMA.

We will be pleased to exchange or reimburse most of the items that you have purchased online within 10 days of receiving your order only if the item is in it’s original condition. ALL Accepted Returns are subject to, and lead, a restocking fee of 15%. The buyer will be responsible for shipping back to Drone Action 360. Once Drone Action 360 receives the return, it will be inspected to ensure it is in new condition, unopened box. Once our technicians have checked it, we will issue a refund. Reimbursement for buyers include the restocking fee of 15% as well as any and all shipping costs that Drone Action 360 has incurred in shipping the product / order to the buyer.

There is absolutely no RETURN or EXCHANGE all the drones who arrive already assembled and ready to fly. A product ordered cannot be returned because a buyer changes his mind. The warranty is also initiated when we test the drones, for customers who buy specialized drones and therefore cannot be returned, and without any exception.

We regret we cannot offer you a refund for the products with the words ” final sale ” and / or ” any exchange or refund, special order items or tailor demonstrators items, clearance items or discontinued and shipping costs.

The product should be returned intact and in its original package (unless specified otherwise). Returns must include, if applicable: the blank warranty cards, the manuals, the UPC code as well as all articles or accessory provided by the manufacturer and the promotional items given at the time of sale (unused and in their original packaging). If the product is returned incomplete or damaged, the return may be denied credit or restoring charges could be applied.

Before Drone Action 360 can process your request for return, the returned item must be accompanied by the original or a copy of the electronic invoice.

Once we receive the package and stated that the article meets our terms and conditions, we will refund the credit, which will be applied to the same card used at the time of purchase. An email will inform you of the operation. Expect a delay before your refund appears on your credit card statement. No refund can be made directly in store.

Shipping costs are not refundable except in the event that you are returning a product due to a misdelivery or malfunction reported within 10 days. The customer is liable for loss or damage that might happen during return transport. Thank you for using a transport service including insurance.

Drone Action 360 reserves the right to refuse the return if the conditions of the return policy are not respected.
